Bayerisch Gmain in the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land is close to the border with Salzburg Land and is the ideal starting point for many explorations in a beautiful environment! In close proximity to Bad Raichenhall, Berchtesgaden and Salzburg you can reach many sights in a few minutes.
To relax you can stroll through the spacious garden or enjoy the beautiful mountain world of Untersberg, Lattengebirge, Predigtstuhl to Hochstaufen from the two large sun terraces.
On the first floor of the house is a beautiful, fully equipped country kitchen.
In the 40 sqm living and dining room, our guests will find enough space to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together. A small, lovingly furnished bedroom with a wide bed and baby crib is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are three large bedrooms all with balconies, one is about 24 square meters with a double bed and a crib for our little guests. The other two are each equipped with a 140 cm wide bed and a couch or relax corner.
Bathtub and shower in the spacious bathroom complete our upper floor. There is a WC on each floor. Towels as well as bed and table linen are of course available. Upon request, a changing table with baby bath, highchairs and additional cribs are also provided.
In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, steam ironing station and a clothes horse.

Arrival and departure:
The cottage is available from 16:00, departure no later than 10:00.
Cancellations:
Up to 14 days before the day of arrival free of charge;
In the last 14 days before the arrival day 50% from the total arrangement price.
